Christopher Moccia
President, Founder
Christopher
Moccia founded Solusia in 1998 and scaled the company in an organic
and profitable manner throughout the growth and decline phases of the
wireless industry. Under his leadership, Solusia helped key wireless
customers acquire more than 3,500 cell site locations, and provide engineering
services for more than 5000 cell sites.
In his role as President, Moccia leads the execution
process of Solusia’s vision and strategic objectives, oversees
its revenue and profitability targets, and sets business objectives
for expanding the corporation. Furthermore, Moccia leverages his in-depth
wireless industry knowledge and strong relationships with senior officers
to implement new thought processes and to help optimize the deployment
industry.
Moccia has more than 25 years of operations, sales,
and marketing experience working with global firms including, Bellsouth
Mobility, AirTouch Communications, MediaOne, Cargill Incorporated, Schoeller
& Hoesch and Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He spent over 15 years
in the wireless industry and developed in-depth business and operational
expertise in real estate acquisition, construction management, RF engineering,
A&E services, and zoning & permitting services.

Richard F. Roman
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Richard has a passion
for developing business relationships that create value for all involved.
His fifteen years of experience cultivating and forming business relationships
at every level make him a key member of the executive team.
Prior to joining
Solusia, Richard served as V.P. - Business Development and V.P. &
General Counsel for The Technology Studios, a software and consulting
services provider. In addition, he has worked with Nortel Networks as
director of strategic alliances for the Application Service Provider
Group, forging strategic relationships with all of the major companies
focusing on Colocation and Data Centers. Prior to forming the strategic
alliances for Nortel, Richard was senior counsel for the Carrier Networks
line of business, managing all of the relationships for customer sales
with MCI, WorldCom, Sprint and other major carriers. He has also worked
with PeopleSoft, Inc. as Senior Regional Council for the Southwest United
States region.
Richard has practiced
business and corporate law at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. and Jones,
Day, Reavis & Pogue, both in Dallas, Texas. Prior to law school,
Richard served as a U.S. Navy Pilot with a warfare specialty in Command
and Control Communications.
Richard holds his
J.D. from Southern Methodist University and a B.B.A. in Economics &
Finance from Baylor University. Richard also serves as general counsel
for Solusia.

Jay
Pippin
Executive Vice President, Operations
Jay Pippin serves
as Executive Vice President, Operations and brings 22 years of operations and
engineering management experience, including 15 years with AT&T
Wireless Services where he served as director of network operations
for the South East Region. His telecommunications industry experience
ranges from system design, systems engineering, system performance,
operations, business development, and real estate and construction.
Prior to joining
Solusia in 2006, Jay served as Executive Director of Network for Cingular
Wireless in one of the company's top ten markets.
Jay is a dedicated
professional with a passion for building high performing teams that
focus on quality performance, timely execution, integrity and high customer
service. Jay has a unique ability to form trusted and respected relationships
with customers and co-workers, which creates a results-driven working
environment.

Fred Go
Vice President, Marketing
Fred
Go brings over 15 years of marketing leadership experience in technology
and telecommunications to Solusia. He is responsible for all strategic
marketing, branding and communications-related initiatives. Previously,
Fred was the head of marketing for Reflex Security, were he successfully
launched three strategic products, gaining highly visible industry recognition
with awards such as SC Magazine’s Best Buy, Best of Interop, and
RSA Conference’s Exhibitor Impact Award.
Before Reflex Security,
Fred played a key role in the development of the marketing strategy
for AirDefense, helping define and implement its go-to-market activities.
These activities where recognized with the TMA Award for Excellence
in Technology Marketing.
Fred has also helped launch Innoverse, a start-up that partnered with
Norwegian carrier Telenor, and OCN, one of the first internet service
providers in Atlanta. Fred
holds a Bachelors degree in Management from Georgia Tech.
Mark
Williams
Executive Director, Program Management
Mark
Williams brings over thirty years experience as a telecom systems project
planner including expertise in program management, secure electronic
equipment, voice mail, data, SS7, LAN, network engineering and wireless
data and telephony.
Prior to joining Solusia,
Mark served over four years as Manager, Network Engineering for Alamosa
PCS where he planned and managed transport engineering, power, standards,
capacity and network performance for eleven switching centers. He was
also instrumental in analyzing and developing plans for network expansion.
Prior to Alamosa, Mark was
a Principal Program Manager for Sprint PCS and a Field Engineer and
Service Operation Manager for Comverse Network Systems. In these positions,
he had responsibilities including: writing and/or approval of Test Requirements
Documents, certifying technical requirements in System Requirements
Documents, project management, installation and configuration of UNIX-bases
hardware and software services and troubleshooting.
In addition to Mark’s
civilian service, he had over 20 years active duty with the United States
Air Force where he held numerous managerial and technical positions.
He received degrees in Electronics Systems Technology, and Management/HR.
